1. Using Moriqa

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Moriqa, a browser-based AI image editor. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Moriqa.

You must use Moriqa only in compliance with applicable law and only for content you are authorized to upload, edit, store, export, or share.

2. Accounts and access

• Certain features may require an account created through Clerk.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

3. User content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content you upload to Moriqa. You grant Moriqa the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and transform that content so the service can function.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, edits, exports, and any resulting output. Moriqa AI features are provided on an assistive basis and may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or non-unique results.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Moriqa for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer restricted systems, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not use Moriqa, including its object-removal, editing, or AI features, to remove, alter, or obscure watermarks, copyright notices, signatures, logos, or other rights-management information from content you do not own or are not expressly authorized to modify.

5. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Moriqa at any time. We may also update features or usage limits for future use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used Moriqa in a way that harms other users, the platform, or third parties.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Moriqa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, or that the service will always meet every specific use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moriqa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

7. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

Moriqa respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all rights, licenses, and permissions required for the content you upload and for any result you create, export, store, or share — including, where applicable, the right to remove or alter marks, watermarks, or other identifying information.

If you believe content processed through Moriqa infringes your rights, email hey@moriqa.com with enough detail to identify the work and the alleged infringement. We will review valid notices and may remove content, disable access, or take other appropriate action. We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

8. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moriqa and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or related to (a) the content you upload, edit, export, store, or share, (b) your use of the service, or (c) your violation of these terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
